Qualibridge Consulting UK Ltd is founded by two experienced QA professionals with a combined 36+ years of hands-on delivery across investment banking, UK central government, retail, e-commerce, gaming, and healthcare. Not a generalist agency — a consultancy built by people who have done the work.

Our story

Why we built Qualibridge

After years inside high-stakes programmes, we saw the same issue repeatedly: generalist recruitment methods failed to assess true QA capability.

After more than three decades working inside some of the UK's most demanding QA programmes — from Tier 1 investment banks to live national government services — we noticed the same problem repeatedly: organisations were being let down by generalist recruitment agencies that did not understand what great QA actually looks like.

CVs were being submitted that looked right on paper but were wrong in practice. Candidates were placed without proper technical assessment. Sector experience was ignored. And the people doing the hiring did not have the QA knowledge to push back.

Qualibridge was built to solve that problem. As active QA practitioners ourselves, we assess every candidate the way we would assess a new team member joining our own programme. That is our fundamental difference — and the reason clients come back to us.

Programme Test Manager with 17+ years of experience delivering large-scale transformation initiatives. Has led global QA teams and governed end-to-end testing across some of the UK's most complex and high-stakes delivery programmes — including a live national government service delivering 12 major production releases annually, and global investment banking platforms across London and Singapore. Deep expertise in test strategy, release governance, defect management, and stakeholder engagement across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
